The Blue Jays optioned Macko to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.
Macko gave up 10 runs in 7.1 innings out of the Blue Jays' bullpen this month to earn a trip back to the minors. His spot in the bullpen is being taken by Braydon Fisher, who is back from the bereavement list.
