The Blue Jays transferred Manoah (elbow) from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Monday, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.

The transaction clears a spot on the 40-man roster for waiver claim Easton Lucas. Manoah will be sidelined until around the middle of next season after having a hybrid internal brace procedure to repair the sprained UCL in his right elbow back in June.
