Blue Jays' Cavan Biggio: Remains out of lineup

Biggio isn't starting Monday's game against the Yankees.

After starting in each of the Blue Jays' first two games of the regular season, Biggio will be out of the lineup for a second straight matchup. Santiago Espinal will take over at the keystone and bat ninth.
