Schneider went 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Cardinals.

The 25-year-old utility player took Kyle Gibson deep for a solo shot in the third inning, snapping a 54-game homerless drought that stretched back to June 23. Saturday's multi-hit effort was also his first since July 21. Schneider has mostly failed to re-capture the magic of his 35-game debut from 2023, and through 123 contests this season he's slashing a meager .197/.287/.346 with 11 homers, six steals, 42 RBI and 43 runs.
