Dolis (finger) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Buffalo on Friday, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Dolis threw a successful 25-pitch bullpen Tuesday, and his rehab assignment could mark the final step in his recovery process. The right-hander has been on the injured list since June 17, so he could have a fairly brief rehab stint before he's cleared to return to Toronto's bullpen.
