Miles could serve as the Blue Jays' primary pitcher in Wednesday's game against the Mets, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.
Patrick Corbin had previously been listed as the scheduled start, but he's been moved to the bullpen. Miles' last six appearances have come as a traditional reliever, but he's made a handful of traditional starts or bulk relief appearance this season and could get stretched back out. The 25-year-old holds a 3.00 ERA and 50:16 K:BB over 51 innings for Toronto this season.
