Biddle signed a minor-league deal with Atlanta on Saturday, Andersen Pickard of MLBDailyDish.com reports.
He was released by the Reds last week after allowing three runs on on nine hits and two walks while striking out 12 over nine innings in the Cactus League. Biddle should serve as organizational long-relief depth.
