The Braves have signed Pacheco to a minor-league deal, Chris Cotillo of SB Nation reports.
Pacheco will head to Triple-A Gwinnett where he will look to get back on track after a lackluster start to the season with the Reds. Pacheco elected to test free agency on Wednesday after the Reds outrighted him. Pacheco will slot behind A.J. Pierzynski and Tyler Flowers in the backstop pecking order.
