Tomlin (4-0) earned the win in relief Saturday against Philadelphia despite giving up one run on three hits while striking out one across 1.2 innings.
Tomlin entered to pitch in the fifth inning after Drew Smyly left the game with left knee pain, and while he was unable to toss a scoreless inning, he did enough to record his fourth win of the campaign. The veteran has made just four appearances this month and hasn't looked sharp, allowing runs in three of those outings. He has given up eight runs while posting a 4:0 K:BB through five innings in that span.
