Claudio was added to Team Puerto Rico's roster for the World Baseball Classic on Thursday, Marly Rivera of ESPN.com reports.
Claudio will serve as Edwin Diaz's replacement after Diaz tore his right patellar tendon Wednesday. Once Claudio returns from the WBC, he will most likely begin the season with Triple-A Nashville.
