Sisco signed a minor-league contract with the Cardinals on Saturday.
Sisco has spent the past two seasons in the Atlantic League, where he's slashed .274/.416/.609 with 27 homers and 78 RBI over 96 games. He'll report to Triple-A Memphis upon returning to affiliated ball and serve as organizational depth behind the plate for the Cards.
