Indians first baseman Carlos Santana is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against Seattle. 

Santana will be replaced at first for the second straight game by Brandon Moss, who moves from right to make his sixth start of the year at first base. 

David Murphy moves into right field to replace Moss, for his fifth start there this year.
