Chris Sale has been out for the last week with an avulsion fracture in his right foot.
The injury is supposed to keep him off the field for the White Sox for at least another two weeks, but MLB.com's Scott Merkin reports that Sale is moving around much better than before. He was able to throw lightly off a mound on Saturday for the first time since suffering the injury.
