Baez is starting at second base and batting ninth in Sunday night's game against the Yankees.
Manager Joe Maddon has starting pitcher Jon Lester hitting eighth, so Baez slots in at the bottom of the order, while Ben Zobrist is in right field and batting cleanup. Baez went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored on Saturday.
