Pederson is not in the lineup Sunday against the Pirates.
Pederson will head to the bench in the series finale with southpaw Tyler Anderson starting for Pittsburgh. Kris Bryant will work in right field while Matt Duffy starts at the hot corner for Chicago on Sunday.
