Parra re-signed a minor league deal with the Cubs on Tuesday, Patrick Mooney of CSN Chicago reports.
The Cubs released three players on Tuesday, including Parra, but all three are now back with the organization after less than 24 hours. The 33-year-old posted a 3.90 ERA in 40 appearances with the Reds last season and could see some time in the major league bullpen as a left-handed option.
