The Cubs promoted Shaw from Double-A Tennessee to Triple-A Iowa on Sunday, Tommy Birch of The Des Moines Register reports.
Shaw will make the jump to Triple-A after producing a .279 average with 14 home runs, 50 RBI, 60 runs scored and 25 stolen bases over 86 games with Tennessee. The 22-year-old infielder is regarded as one of the Cubs' top prospects and will likely make his MLB debut at some point in 2025.
