Madrigal went 2-for-3 with a stolen base Wednesday in a loss to the White Sox.
The Cubs got most of their production Wednesday out of the bottom of the order, as No. 8 and No. 9 hitters Patrick Wisdom and Madrigal combined for four of the team's five hits. The latter also swiped his first base of the campaign in the second inning. Madrigal is batting just .235 on the season, but he may be heating up, as he's gone 6-for-18 (.333) over his past five games.
