The Cubs signed Miller to a minor-league contract Tuesday.
Miller spent most of 2025 at Triple-A Albuquerque in the Rockies organization, slashing .277/.329/.429 with 11 homers and 13 steals. The 29-year-old is a career .238/.287/.342 hitter across parts of five big-league seasons but offers positional versatility with the ability to handle every spot on the diamond other than pitcher and catcher.
