Brault (lat) cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Iowa on Thursday, Andy Martinez of Marquee Sports Network reports.
Brault was sidelined the final six weeks of the season due to a lat strain, which he aggravated in late September while doing his rehab work. He also battled a triceps injury during the first half of the campaign and appeared in only 17 games across all levels.
