The Diamondbacks recalled Del Castillo from Triple-A Reno on Saturday.
Del Castillo will return to the big leagues for the final weekend of the regular season after smacking three home runs in his final six games at Triple-A. He'll replace Jesus Sanchez on the active roster and will likely be in the mix to work as the team's designated hitter.
