The Dodgers plan to activate Hernandez (oblique) off the injured list Tuesday, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.
After starting the season on the 60-day IL and then landing right back on the IL after just two games played, Hernandez is set to rejoin the Dodgers on Tuesday. The 34-year-old has been participating in baseball activities since June 19 while recovering from a tear in his left oblique.
