Freeman (personal) has been activated from the family medical emergency list ahead of Monday's game against the Phillies.
Freeman has been away from the club since July 27 to be with his family after his three-year-old son was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome. It was reported earlier in the day that he was back with the team at Dodger Stadium leading up to Monday's matchup, and the organization has since made his return official. Freeman will man first base and hit third in Monday's series opener.
