Urias (0-1) was chased after four innings after giving up six runs on seven hits in a loss to the Rockies on Sunday. He walked one and struck out one.
This was a rough outing for Urias' owners, as he appeared to be gaining momentum after a dominant start against the Pirates earlier last week. The 20-year-old did enter this start with a 3.79 FIP, and the expected ERA correction came in full force, elevating his mark to 3.43 through four starts. Coors Field can produce humbling results for any pitcher, so it would be rash to simply cut bait after Sunday's poor performance. With the Dodgers switching back to a six-man rotation, Urias will make his next start Saturday against the Marlins.
