The Dodgers removed Ryan from Saturday's game against the Pirates due to right forearm tightness, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

The Dodgers' training staff met Ryan on the mound in the middle of an at-bat in the fifth inning, and Ryan was ultimately removed from the contest due to pain in his right forearm. The 25-year-old threw 4.2 scoreless innings with four strikeouts and four hits allowed before exiting. Ryan should undergo further testing in the coming days, at which point the severity of the injury should be more clear.
