Peterson went 2-for-2 with a solo home run in Tuesday's spring loss to the Royals.
Peterson is in Dodgers camp as a non-roster invitee and entered Tuesday's game as the designated hitter off the bench. The 31-year-old has struggled to find MLB opportunities over the last few years, as he has only 87 major-league plate appearances since playing in 93 games with the Brewers in 2015.
