Edman (ankle) remains out of the lineup for Friday's game in Atlanta.
Edman didn't play Wednesday after tweaking his right ankle Tuesday against the Marlins and had an additional day of rest with the Dodgers off Thursday. However, he's still not feeling well enough to play, so Miguel Rojas will handle second base in the series opener. Edman worked out pregame Friday, and he and the Dodgers are optimistic that he'll be ready to return to the lineup Saturday, per David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports.
