Edman went 1-for-3 with a stolen base in Monday's 3-0 win over the Mariners.
Edman had missed all of the season prior to Monday while recovering from wrist surgery, and he was acquired from the Cardinals at the trade deadline. Edman slashed just .248/.307/.399 last year, adding 13 home runs, 27 stolen bases, 47 RBI and 69 runs scored over 137 contests. He's a utility man, but Edman offers more upside as a batter than defensive ace Kevin Kiermaier in center field, so look for that to be Edman's primary position to begin his Dodgers tenure.
