The Blue Jays released Ramirez on Friday.
Ramirez was DFA'd by Toronto on Monday and will now look to latch on with another team in free agency -- likely on a minor-league deal. The 30-year-old righty surrendered 16 earned runs in just 20.2 innings with the Marlins in 2024.
