Shaw is not in the lineup versus Colorado on Friday, Kerry Crowley of the Bay Area News Group reports.
Shaw will ride the pine with left-hander Tyler Anderson on the mound for the Rockies. In his absence, Gregor Blanco will make a start in left field and bat seventh.
