Imaging on Lee's back came back negative Tuesday, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Lingering back soreness has plagued Lee since Saturday, but his injury doesn't seem to result from any sort of structural damage. There's still no telling how far away the 26-year-old is from returning to the field, though a long-term absence isn't expected.
