Winn (elbow) continues to go through physical therapy and is slated to begin his normal offseason workouts in November, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Winn was sidelined for the last month-plus of the regular season while dealing with right elbow neuritis. Barring any setbacks, he will be ready to roll by the time spring training rolls around.
