Gimenez isn't in the Guardians' lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants.
After going 3-for-3 with an RBI during Friday's loss, Gimenez will step out of the lineup Saturday against left-handed starter Kyle Harrison. Angel Martinez will fill the opening at second base and bat second.
