Lively will start Tuesday's game against the White Sox, Joe Noga of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Joey Cantillo started Monday in what had been Lively's turn, as the Guardians wanted to give Lively some extra rest after he allowed 10 runs over his previous two outings. He'll have a good opportunity to bounce back Tuesday against the feeble White Sox offense.
