Naylor is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus the White Sox, Andre Knott of Bally Sports Ohio reports.
Naylor started the past three games and will hit the bench Sunday after going 2-for-9 with a stolen base and an RBI during that stretch. Cam Gallagher will step in behind the plate to catch for Aaron Civale.
