Rocchio was removed from Saturday's 12-6 win over the Athletics with left leg tightness, MLB.com reports.
Rocchio, who was 1-for-3 with an RBI-double and a run scored, was removed after five innings in what looked like a precautionary move with the Guardians leading 11-6. He was replaced by Angel Genao.
