Kayfus (ankle) was activated from the 60-day injured list Monday.
Kayfus will head into the offseason at full strength after undergoing surgery in July to address a broken right ankle and ligament damage. He appeared in nine games for the Guardians in 2026 but spent the majority of his time at Triple-A Columbus, where he hit .240 with three homers, 25 RBI, six stolen bases and 15 runs over 46 appearances.
