Clase earned a save against the Phillies on Friday, allowing one hit and striking out one in a scoreless inning.
Clase entered the contest in the bottom of the ninth inning and retired the first two batters he faced before giving up a hit to Bryson Stott. The veteran closer would then strike out Weston Wilson to end the contest. The save was Clase's third in the last four days and his 19th consecutive conversion since his last blown save May 19. The 26-year-old has 32 saves on the campaign and ranks second in the majors behind Ryan Helsley (33).
