Cantillo is scheduled to start Saturday's game against the Rays in Cleveland.
After returning from Triple-A Columbus on Monday and striking out 10 over seven innings of one-run ball in a win over the White Sox, Cantillo has earned himself a second straight turn through the Cleveland rotation. The left-handed rookie should hold down a rotation spot until the Guardians get Alex Cobb (finger) back from the 15-day injured list.
