Bell was reinstated from the paternity list and will serve as the Guardians' designated hitter Tuesday.
After taking a few days away from the team to spend time with his family, Bell returns to Cleveland's lineup in the middle of a four-game hitting streak. He is slashing .273/.308/.545 with a homer and four RBI over the past week.
