Manzardo is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Twins.
The left-handed-hitting Manzardo will hit the bench to begin Tuesday's contest, but he could enter as a mid-game replacement for Rhys Hoskins at first base once the Twins' opening pitcher -- lefty Kendry Rojas -- exits the game. While filling in for a resting Manzardo in Monday's series opener, Hoskins went 2-for-5 with a pair of solo home runs in the Guardians' 13-4 victory.
