Bailey is not in the Guardians' starting lineup against the Tigers on Saturday, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.
Bailey will be on the bench for Saturday's game while Austin Hedges starts behind home plate and bats eighth while forming a battery with southpaw Parker Messick. Bailey has gone 14-for-58 (.241) with one steal, three home runs and 12 RBI since Aug. 1.
