Clevinger was added to the 40-man roster Friday.
Clevinger spent all of 2015 at Double-A, working to a 2.73 ERA with 145 strikeouts in 158 innings. He'll be 25 years old to start the 2016 season, but it's unlikely he works his way up to the big league club.
