Biddle signed with the NPB's Orix Buffaloes on Friday, Yahoo Japan reports.
Biddle was a first-round pick back in 2010 but didn't reach the majors until 2018 after a long slog through the minors which included Tommy John surgery. He cruised to a 3.11 ERA in 63.2 innings of relief in his debut season for Atlanta but has stumbled to an 8.24 ERA in 39.1 frames over the last three years. At age 30, the lefty's stateside career may be over, though it's still possible he earns another look if he impresses for the Buffaloes in 2022.
