Twins pitcher Kyle Gibson (2-0) turned in a solid outing and came away with his second win of the season Friday night against Kansas City. The right-hander allowed one run on five hits and four walks while striking out five over 6 1/3 innings in a 10-1 victory.

Gibson has allowed only two earned runs over 11 1/3 innings pitched through his first two starts. He'll look for his third win on Thursday against Toronto.
