Snider (3-3) took the loss against the Rangers on Thursday, allowing three runs (one earned) on two hits over two-thirds of an inning.
Snider was entrusted with protecting a 4-2 lead when he entered in the seventh inning, but he allowed a one-out solo home run to Marcus Semien and was charged with two further unearned runs due to a Luke Raley error. Snider saw a six-appearance scoreless streak snapped, while the loss was his first since Aug. 14. The right-hander has been one of the most trusted members of the Mariners' bullpen since coming up for good in late June, as he's carrying a 1.49 ERA across 36.1 innings.
