White (quadriceps) isn't in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Twins, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.
White was expected to be unavailable Thursday after he suffered a left quadriceps strain Wednesday against the White Sox. Jose Marmolejos will officially take over at first base for the series opener against Minnesota, batting fourth.
