Crawford is beginning the game from the bench for the second consecutive night Thursday. He didn't start in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the Dodgers, but did come off the bench to field at shortstop in the eighth inning. Weston Wilson is starting at the hot corner and Colt Emerson has the start at shortstop Thursday.
