Raley isn't in Seattle's lineup Tuesday against the Astros.
Raley will take a seat on the bench Tuesday as the Astros send out left-hander Framber Valdez to start on the bump. Justin Turner will start at first base in Raley's stead while Mitch Garver works as the Mariners' DH.
