The Marlins reassigned Allen to minor-league camp Wednesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Allen joined the Marlins as a non-roster invitee in spring training and appeared in 12 games, batting .217 with one homer, five RBI and two runs scored over 23 at-bats. The 29-year-old has played in 23 total major-league contests in the last three seasons and seems unlikely to make much of an impact with the Marlins in 2023.
